Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
1. Who we are
These terms govern website design and related services provided by [Legal company name] (“Pixeloom”, “we”), [Address, Germany], hello@pixeloom.co.uk.
2. Services
We design and build one-page and small business websites according to the package you choose. A quote or order confirmation sets out the specific scope, price and timeframe for your project.
3. Pricing & payment
- Prices are fixed per package as shown on our website (from €499), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment terms and schedule are set out in your order/quote. Work may begin after acceptance of the quote.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Your responsibilities
To deliver on time we need your input — business details, text, images, logins and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may extend delivery timeframes. You confirm you have the rights to any content you provide.
5. Delivery & revisions
Indicative delivery is 3–5 working days from receipt of your brief and required materials. Each package includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as described in the quote.
6. Ownership & intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final delivered website is transferred to you and it is published on your domain. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain subject to their own licences. Pixeloom may reference the completed project in its portfolio unless you request otherwise.
7. Hosting & support
Hosting and ongoing support are optional add-ons and, where taken, are billed separately as agreed.
8. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel before design work begins for a full refund of any advance payment. Once work has started, fees for work already carried out are non-refundable. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
9. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for intent or gross negligence, or personal injury).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence within the EU/UK.
